If your handset develops a fault just contact us to arrange its repair. In most cases we are able to lend you a replacement phone whilst yours is being repaired.

At ADSI we do all the work for you; from impartial advice to your tailored business proposal, through to the dispatching of your new handsets and complete connection of all your phones to your chosen network.
Our Bill Manager Service monitors your monthly mobile phone usage and makes sure you are still on the best tariff for your business and still getting the maximum benefits. If we see that you need any changes to your account we will advise you accordingly.
Our monthly bill manager email will also keep you informed of the latest news and offers available at ADSI and the networks.
We can tailor the content of the monthly account analysis to best meet your requirement.
Our unique Bill Manager service
Once you are a customer of ADSI we can download your monthly mobile phone bill(s) for analysis and each month we will send you a comprehensive breakdown of your account.
Our personal bill manager email includes a Graph and Excel analysis in spreadsheets with our recommendation on how to best manage your account to ensure the smooth running of your business and limit any unnecessary costs. We review your entire bill, line by line, minute by minute, text by text and Mb by Mb, including National rate calls (calls to landlines), International calls, calls to O2 and other networks, texts, voicemail, non-geographical numbers, 0845 numbers, GPRS Data usage etc.
You can opt to allocate and group mobile numbers into separate Cost Centres for breakdown of expenditure i.e. Sales Department, Engineers, Administration etc. Or you can advise the name of the User against each number so it’s immediately clear whose costs are whose.
This information allows us to monitor usage on your account, check whether you are on the correct tariff, still getting the most from your contract and advise the best way to manage your account so you’re achieving the maximum benefits.
Whether you’re over your allocated minutes or text allowance, if you’ve started to call abroad or are surfing the net more regularly - we can act upon it quickly and advise a solution, whether that be an additional bolt on or a temporary amendment to the account. If your account’s just fine the way it is – we’ll just let you know!

A bit of history…
AT&T launched the world’s first mobile car radio telephone in 1946 in Missouri, USA.
In the UK, car phones had first made an appearance in 1959 with GPO, General Post Office, running the system and network. By 1963 they only had 87 subscribers and were running at a loss. BT Tower (then Post Office Tower) opened in 1965 and took over the handling of calls.
Britain’s mobile culture arrived when Ernie Wise made the UK’s inaugural mobile phone call on 1 January 1985. Coverage was restricted to London. Initially Britain’s mobile phone users were either very rich or used a mobile in their jobs.
First Generation, 1G, the first fully automatic cellular network, was deployed throughout in the mid 80’s.
Nokia was the biggest seller of Mobile Phones 1995 – 2009, knocked off the top by Apple in 2008 after the iPhone launch.
Since then Apple has been a top contender for best-selling handsets fighting first place position with Samsung since 2011 and their Galaxy range.
Motorola was the first company to mass produce the first handheld mobile phone.

Second Generation 2G was deployed , followed quickly by 3G in 2001 when the huge demand for mobile broadband, internet access and downloads became clearer .
