CitY and GUCHIn 2010 the first European Society of Cardiology advanced course on Grown Up Congenital Heart Disease will be held during the week of the CitY conference, with a joint programme on the Wednesday. Delegates registered for CitY will have the option to stay until Thursday lunchtime to join the whole 1½ day GUCH course, or just to attend the Mon-Wed CitY programme.
Who should attend Cardiology in the Young 2010?Cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, intensivists, nurses, technicians and trainees in all of these disciplines, dealing with cardiac patients across the age boundaries from foetus to adult.
Hands-on Breakfast SessionsThese exciting and practical workshops will run concurrently from 8-9am each day. The topics for 2010 include:

Parallel Cardiac Nursing DaysThere will be 2 Nurses’ Days, on Tuesday and Wednesday, running parallel with the main programme and sharing some of the lectures where appropriate. Nurses will be asked to register separately for these days – if you are a nurse attending the CitY/GUCH main meetings you have the option to attend Nursing Day sessions instead of the main meeting, but you must register in advance as places are limited. Nurses will be free to move between the Nursing Day programme and CitY and GUCH sessions.
FeesFor CitY (Monday to Wednesday) fees have been kept to the same as last year, and registration for CitY includes the whole of the GUCH course until midday on the Thursday.
