THROUGH CHALLENGES

THE GOALS

Attitude Shift: “We want people to want to do training and not

focus on the frustrations of changing systems.”

GOALS

Complete on Time: “Is there a way to get our people to do a little bit of

training each week? At a minimum we want them to

complete it all by Go Live.”

Build Essential

Navigation Skills:“We want our people to feel confident with the

essential skills necessary to use Viewpoint based on

their role.”

Encourage peer

support:“We can’t support all 550 people through the change

process and after Go Live, can we get people helping

each other?”

Building Viewpoint to Build Into Our Community

Meet Viewpoint - Messer’s new improved system that allows us to do our best

work, be organized, and stay informed. Changing to a new system is going to

be hard, but that doesn’t mean we can’t do something great with your hard

work. Over the next 14 weeks all of us will be receive a series of Viewpoint

challenges –the more challenges we complete as a company the more money

Messer will donate to our community.

Watch each week as your hard work pays off as we build a better community

together...starting with our own ability to work efficiently in Viewpoint.

helps to find a cure for a disease that effects million of men, women,

and children each year.“

"Dustin has welcomed the role of Viewpoint champion on a complex

corporate project and has been extremely willing to offer guidance to

each member of the team. He has set aside valuable time to assist

our respective roles moving forward. With busy schedules and full

work days, it's comforting to know that help is readily available.“

between each of us to match him.”

How this is changing the game?

1. Technology, operations, and learning all collaborated on a single

change solution

2. Data was public, instant, and showing progress towards things

people care about

3. WIIFM was embedded into every aspect of the solution, not just a

slide or email
