Dessert s’more pizza – fudgy brown bits, graham cracker cereal, toasted marshmallow, sweet crust
Hawaiian pizza – crispy ham, pineapple-soy chutney, sweet tomato sauce, black and white sesame seed
Taco pizza made with vegan soy crumbled “beef” on fresh cornmeal crust
Tomato basil and crispy potato-garlic-rosemary pizzas
Balsamic caramelized mushrooms scented with thyme and oregano atop wild rice risotto, surrounded by sautéed beet greens and golden beets (vegan, gluten free)
Seared curry-spiced salmon filet atop pumpkin risotto and garnished with spring greens; paired with apple-cucumber yogurt
