ready for opening, including researching and developing fees, policies for use, food and alcohol issues, how to receive funds, etc.
• CVB is responsible for marketing, and continues to work on CCACC with a focus on revenue clientele.

• We will encourage guests to select Chatham County licensed and approved vendors, caterers
• Other vendors are permitted (as long as they too are approved, permitted, licensed, insured).
• Our hope is that the venue serves as a catalyst for entrepreneurial spirits who will fill a need for services not currently available in Chatham County.

• Images reflective of active farm operations, agricultural landscapes, agricultural products, farm machinery in action, farm workers, livestock, horticulture, forestry, farmers’ markets, food processing, beekeeping and other agricultural-related scenes.
• Must be Chatham County image, amateurs and professionals welcome to submit multiple
