Our mac and cheese formed into balls, rolled in arriba
crumbs, and then deep fried.
Wedged potatoes battered, fried, fried, and seasonedwith a smokey pepper blend.
In house mornay sauce poured over macaroni
noodles, topped with more Cheddar.
These smoked beans give us an opportunity to give
our pork and brisket new life slow smoked in sauce.
