Coding with Kids classes areupdated with NEW PROJECTS EACH SESSION so that your student can continue to advance their coding skills. Weteach kids real programming skills in a fun and engaging way. Get them started early! The Little Coders class providesyoung students with the basics of computationalthinking skills, such as loops and conditionals, through afun blend of hands-on activities. The curriculum is builtspecifically for this age group, with a mix of activitiesfrom coding puzzles and board games to easy-to-use,drag-and-drop programming tools. Projects areupdated each session, so returning students will havenew challenges to work through and advance theirknowledge.
This course introduces kids to computer programmingthrough the fun and excitement of building videogames. Working in Scratch, a drag-and-dropprogramming tool, students will create everything fromanimations to multi-level games. Beginner Students willlearn the core concepts of programming a game, suchas loops, conditionals, and variables. Intermediate Students will level-up to more complexconcepts, like nested conditionals and functions withparameters. Projects are updated each session, soreturning students will have new challenges to workthrough and advance their creativity and knowledgeto the next level.
