Confort 125 is a thermally
insulated sliding and lift-sliding
system that is durable, stable
and robust. The system is
available in a 1, 2 and 3 railversion, so a 6-leaf sliding door
is perfectly feasible. With a
maximum vent weight of 240 kg
for the sliding and 300 kg for the
lift-sliding version, large glazed
areas are easily attainable.
Confort 125 belongs to Eurosystem, the new
generation of modular systems within the Sapa
Building System product line.
Strength & Durability
Acombinationostrongproflesandstainlesssteel
rollerswithpolyamidesupport,allowsConort125to
beusedorglazedareasupto2,5m(height)orthe
slidingversion. The stainless steel rollers are sel-levelling which
assures that the vent glides eortlessly, even up
to a maximum weight o 240 kg. Stainless steel
wheelsdonotdeormandsoguaranteealong-lie
perormance.
Thelit-slidehardwareallowsventsupto300kgwith
glazedareasupto2,8m.
The vent profleswith a building depth o 50 mm
accommodateglazingrom2to35,5mm.
Conort 125 sliding doors are compatible with
otherSapa BuildingSystem products such as our
conservatory,turningandcurtainwallsystems.

Efcientwater evacuation is ensured via punched
drainholesandintegratedsealingplugs.
Hi-Fin brush gaskets ensure perect weather
resistanceintheslidingversion.
For the lit-slideversion,EPDMgasketsguarantee
perecttightness.
Brush draught excluders, positioned centrally
betweeneachvent,keeptheslidingdoorsdraught
ree. The glassfbrereinorcedpolyamide strips (PA6.6
GF25)ensuregoodthermalinsulation.Thesynthetic
protection gutter oers an increased thermal
protection.

The gutter section rame allows the internal oor
fnishestobeushwiththeinnerrameandavoids

All standard shades and ventilation systems can
easilybeintegrated.

allows the enestration to be integrated perectly

Fabrication
Bothramesandventsareassembledusingeccentric
or press corners. Corner chevrons guarantee a
perectalignmentothecorners.
All profles are preabricated using the specially
designed punching tools. Drainage holes, vent cut
outsandtheholespunchedortheeccentriccleats
arethereoreveryprecise,ensuringastandaccurate
assembly.
Fabricationmanualsand precise sotwaregive theabricator the inormation he requires to proceed
switly.
Conort125belongstotheEurosystemrangeandis
complementarywiththeturningsystemAvantis.As
aresult,cuttinglossesarelimitedandidenticalvent
profles,glazing beads andglazinggasketscanbe
usedorslidingandturningapplications.
Both sliding and lit-sliding versions use identical
rame profles, rails, glazing gaskets and sealing
pieces,whichprovestheoptimaluseomaterials.
