Infrastructure Limited, Imperia Structures Limited, Wipro, Sahara etc. With a strong ability of sales & business
development, he could make many companies and projects taste success and fame like never before. He is an astute
visionary, thinker and implementer who does not accept status quo, but uses his imagination, instinct and inspiration to
create new avenues for everyone to perform and flourish. He is the new-age entrepreneur setting new benchmarks for
success every day. He does not rest easy till he goes all out to meet the challenges head-on.
Today he is proud to head Cosmic that thrives essentially on the faith of its customers and investors. The sky is the limit
for him, who continues to dream big and follow it up with seamless execution.
Mr Sharma comes with a strong experience of over 16 years in hard core Business Development & Operation, Direct
Marketing, Real Estate, Franchisee and Channel Development, IT, ITES and CRM processes and multiple international
ITES projects in many country overseas . Having undertaken various assignments at the corporate and international
level, he is the man best equipped to face the challenges of highly effective business demands. Mr. Sharma is humble
when it comes to acknowledging his success. He feels that he is still growing and still in the formative years and have
not reached a Plateau. What keeps him going is his strong desire to constantly learn, change and adapt. Mr. Sharma
lists his 'TEAM COSMIC' as his Support System which is an integrated unit taking his beliefs way beyond the campus
of the organization. He has meticulous planning up his sleeve for Cosmic. He is looking to diversify across the Real
Estate Sector as a centre of excellence. His experiences ranges from expanding giants like Sahara Group to
developing companies like Imperia, Akiko Sherman, Phoenix International etc

Mr Shekar‟s career graph was assertively honed by his never stopping urge to achieve excellence. His journey of
experience comprised brand promotion, marketing, export and retail distribution of lifestyle accessories. Cosmic project
planning and execution is shining with his vivid range of work exposure.
His task achievement was always gelling with his never ending desire to encompass the spirit of team performance
and motivation of groups in achievement. That‟s how his journey of experience got focused in the brand promotion,
marketing, export and retail distribution of lifestyle accessories.
His past experience brings immense value of contribution to the projects like City of Romance, Cosmic Corporate Park
140, Cosmic Business Center, Cosmic Corporate Park, etc in terms of organizing the multi-faceted mixed unit of real
estate, commercial, 7-star hospitality, IT‟s and ITES with a touch of residential properties. This unified touch of markets,
experience of construction with that touch of materials could bring the valued unique blend in these projects.

He is another veteran of the industry with over 27 years of in-depth expertise, know-how and experience in constructing
civil structures for various industries. He has an additional expertise of laying underground pipeline network for the Oil
and Gas Sector. He has worked with numerous organizations assuming different roles, with his areas of key
deliverance being project execution across verticals. He has contributed to major Govt. buildings like the President
House, The Parliament, Supreme and High Courts and many others in the capacity of a specialized agency.
