Ingredients
3/4 (160g) of cup of butter
A pinch of salt
3/4 of a cup of icing sugar
1/2 of a cup of cane sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
3/4 of a cup of flour
Preparation
Heat the oven at 350°F (180°C)
Use a double sauce pan (“au bain marie”) and melt the chocolate with
the butter
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt
Add the 3 types of sugar and mix until you have a thick white mixture
Add the sugar mixture to the melted chocolate and mix well
Add the flour to the mixture and stir until well combined
Use a square and paper lined baking tin
Pour the mixture into the baking tin
Bake 30-35 minutes until you see a thin shiny crust
The brownie needs to be soft and moist on the inside
