Directions: Display either of the two workout modes depending on class needs. Both versions can be used by any # of student groups. Students find a partner(s) and roll the die or dice, with the result determining which exercise they do (note, for example, a 7 can be 2+5, 3+4 or 1+6). Then they roll as many dice as the orange number for amount of reps. Once they are done with the exercises, you determine if they get a new or same partner and repeat until the you stop the activity. Customize by adding in any exercises you want on the extra pages (type in or use animated GIFs). Hope they have fun getting fit!
