Democracy and Islam Pt:2 The misconception among Muslims

regarding Democracy.

India is one of the largest democratic in the world. We people think that democracy

means freedom. FREEDOM TO DO ANYTHING. They can spit anywhere, they can

smoke anywhere, they can bribe anyone, they can make distinction betweenBrahmans and Dalits, between shia and sunni, ansari and khan and they can kidnap

anyone, parents can be harassed etc, they can burn trains, and sit in dharna or call

BANDH because it is their right to compel the government in this way. Will any

sane, sincere, honest people will ever believe that this is democracy

constitutionally. Nowhere in the world are these defined as Democracy not even in

this largest democracy called India. Herein Muslim thinks that these are

democracy by constitution and they decree FATWAS that Islam does not

allows democracy without going into the actual meaning of democracy. It is

Islam which taught democracy to the world but itself forget to implement upon its

community. I have already discussed in my first part what is the meaning and

purpose of democracy. Now look further what Allah says in Quran Obey Me ,

Obey Prophet and those who are your authority. Now the problem is in the last one.

Authority. Where does it come from. Who are they. Who will define them. Why

not sunni clericks accepts the authority of shia and vice versa, why not

deobandis accept Barelwis as their authority and vice versa and this

process will goes on. SO THAY ARE DEMOCRACTIC FROM THEIR POINT OF

VIEW TO SPEAK OFF ANYTHING AGAINST ONE ANOTHER. Is this not so

called FREEDOM.

Every democracy is bound to its constitution. So is Islamic democracy which is

bound to its constitution SHARIA. Sharia is a constitution where do and donts are

enunciated like any other countries constitution taking into account the life of a

man both in this world and for the life after hereafter also where other constitution

fail. These do and donts are clearly enunciated in our Quran and in the ways of

prophet as Allah tells in Quran that Your prophet is the best example to be

followed. Beyond that nothing is unacceptable so far the Islamic Sharia is

concerned.

These are the indication which clearly allows Democracy in Islam:

1. Allah elects prophets for their own community to represent truths i.e

constitution (Torah, Bible, Quran)

2. After last prophet there was a question of Caliphate, Prophet gave no specific

directions as to the choosing of his successor when he died. At this time there

were two customary means of selecting a leader: having a hereditary leader

for general purposes, and choosing someone with good qualities in times of

crisis or opportunities for action. Abu Bakr was elected as the first caliph or

successor to Muhammad, with the other companions of Muhammad (SAW)

giving an oath of allegiance to him i.e vote in todays language.

3. There is no compulsion in religion which means Allah gives liberty to peoples

to understand the reality and then accept Islam with fully conscious mind.

4. In spite of that if they remain non Muslim then Allah says dont revile their

Gods because it may be they will also revile Allah and His religion due to

IGNORANCE. What a liberty indeed. This also indicates that Muslims and Non

Muslims can co-exists in same state instead of dividing the country into two.

5. Now when someone votes for Islam say if some Non- Muslims votes for Islam,

then Allah opens his treasure of mercy for him by first off all transferring all

his sins into goodness. After that he gets a freedom to be called as BROTHER

or SISTER whatever it may be irrespective of caste and creed. He can stand

beside a Muslim king without any hesitation for prayers. Are not these

liberties, are not these democracy of Islam by means of which it is

recognized.

6. How the captives should be treated, it is clearly shown in Hadith by our

prophet. Is not it a liberty to captives

7. How a person who is abusive to any Muslim should be treated is clearly

shown in hadith. Umar always used to take out his sword in such cases but

prophet resolved those issues by asking him to remain calm and quiet

8. How prophet treated Abu Jahl who abused him when he was praying and an

old woman who used to throw rubbished on prophet is not unknown to any

Muslim.

9. The liberties and rights which Islam has provided is perhaps not provided by

any other constitution. Islam asks women to realize their personality for

which they should be proud off instead of going naked to become a sex-toy

for men. Contrary to this woman has no right to flirt men by going naked or

half naked also.

10. The chart provided in part one attached as my profile pic is sufficient to

realize that Islam is one of the largest democratic power on the earth

because it believes in election of our leaders for implementing the

constitution of Allah as a only universal constitution.

Its our fault that we have failed to recognize our rights, our freedoms, the noble

ways of prophet to deal with each and every situation. There is nothing like

priesthood in Islam. We have left our religion for ulemas, imams etc to be learnt by

them only in spite of the fact that there are Barelwi Imams, Deobandi imams, shia,

sunni imams etc. Every muslim is supposed to know Quram and hadith in full so

that he can realize the truth from falsehood, because Allah will question him

irrespective of the fact whether he knows Islam or does not know Islam. Does a fire

distinguish between a babys body or elders body before burning. Never. So will be

the case with us also in qiyamah whether we follow Islam by means of Democracy

or follow Islam by means of Theocracy, whether we follow any Imams of our choice

or not, it does not matter at all until we are in the path of Quran and ways of

prophet ONLY.

Note: This concept of universal constitution has been now going to be implemented

by the Devils as its universal religion in the name of FREEMASONERY

Oh Allah Increase knowledge of Islamic constitution among us, and among

all Humans. Islam is the only ultimate democracy and we should love it.
