The concise design is matching your house style and hotel project. Compared with the common air source heat pump, this kind of unit is built in Grundfos or Wilo circulation pump, for easier installation, and to reduce your cost. This unit could be installed in outdoors and indoors, as floating support for compressor to reduce vibration at the most extent and noise insulation inside the cabinet as well as noise jacket for compressor. The compact design heat pump is built-in Copeland or Daikin scroll type or Panasonic rotary type compressor ,Wilo/ Grundfos circulation pump and Emerson thermal expansion valve to ensure it work smoothly.

Product Description • Compact air/water heat pump for outside installation. • With suction gas cooled rotary/scroll compressor. • With extensive hydrophilic coating aluminum/Cu lamellar tube evaporator and coaxial condenser. • Built in circulation pump(famous Wilo/Grundfos brand), no need to install another circulation pump outside. • Axial fan • Refrigerant cycle with thermostatic expansion valve, filter, gas-liquid separator, high and low pressure switches. • With efficient automatic defrosting by hot gas principle. • Electric and terminal box. With control and Disturbance signaling. • Heating regulator for mounting to the wall. • Filled with refrigerant R410a.Other Eco-friendly refrigerant like R134a, R407c,R417a etc. is available. • Auxiliary electric heater or solar coiler is optional as a back up heater. • Water connections have to be done on site. • Heating and condensate connections of flexible pipes with external thread (R). Condensate connection
• The drain pipeline is to be made with sufficient incline and without change of the crosssection. • The water connections and the drain pipelines must be protected against frost on site. • Siphon on site. Heat source connections(Air intake or air outlet)

i Installation of Storage Hot Water Tank ƽ Storage hot water tank can be installed on the balcony, roof or ground with the outdoor unit. It can also be installed indoor. ƽ The tank must be vertically installed to the ground. ƽ The tank must stand with pads under its feet. (The thickness of the pad should be �10cm). ƽ Heat Pump installation must be made easy. ƽ The tank shall not be hung on the wall. ƽ The framework for outdoor unit mounting should be secure and reliable installed.
See the Diagram (only for reference) Stop valve, Y-filter and check valve must be installed to the water feed pipe before water enters into the tank.
ƽ Flexible pipe should be fixed to the relief valve for hot water, to release the pressure.
ƽ Dirty water should be leaded to the floor drain through a flexible pipe, before that, stop valve must be installed to the pipe.
Commissioning must be made by work service or Deron trained service man/company
