This work will help to improve services and products offeredby the institution in the city of Quevedo, and withinthis objective to know the strengths and weaknesses, andpreferences that have partners on the services provided.
The methodologies used for data collection were 40 surveysconducted in the institution, for a day, and then create thestatistical basis and there by obtained the frequencies of
responses of all questions asked
