strain on themselves when at the computer. We all need to
loosen up!

When you sit at the computer, every inch you lean your head
forward DOUBLES the strain on your neck
If you keep leaning you will end up like Bob!
Keep your head up and jump up and down 7 times
Computers are great, but don’t
hurt yourself using one!
