St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative• Leadership Development Program
– The objective of the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative's leadership program is to address the interest and challenges of multi-cultural professionals as they work to develop and advance their careers
• Purina Business Diversity Resource Group – The Purina Business Diversity Resource Group is comprised of Purina
associates that have graduated from the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative Fellows Program. Being a part of the group provides graduates with a unique opportunity to share their experiences, partner with the Purina internal network, and participate in diversity initiatives at Purina
NPPC Diversity & Inclusion Council
The Council is composed of 15 Nestle Purina associates, representing a healthy mix of business-units, job level, generation, gender, and race/ethnicity. The mission of the D&I Council is four-fold:
• To promote the recruitment, development, and retention of diverse talent throughout the organization.
• To increase awareness, understanding and appreciation of diversity and inclusion throughout the organization.
• To leverage diversity in order to enhance our ability to anticipate and meet the changing needs of our consumers in the marketplace.
• To build a bigger footprint, and cultivate relationships, in the community in which we serve.
