Automated Payroll DataOur technology system features a concept of “Rule Sets” that define the “Data Rules” on a per country basis. It also contains a set of configurable data items that ensures “Completeness of Data” and “Validation of that Data.” It’s fully maintained by SafeGuard World. If and when in-country requirements change, we make sure that the Rule Sets are updated.
HRIS IntegrationsOur technology solution was “purpose-built” specifically for global payroll administration on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), or cloud-based platform, which can be implemented faster than legacy ERC platforms. Its system-agnostic architecture ensures easier integrations to and from HCM, Accounting, Time & Attendance and Vendor Management Systems, without the need to build complex interfaces between those systems.
We have also built an integrated solution with Workday and are currently processing more shared client global payrolls than any other global payroll provider.

Client Integration & Consolidated ReportingWe can generate General Ledger files for each individual payroll entity, which can then be uploaded into our clients’ accounting systems, and gross-to-net data can be integrated into their HCM systems.
