GOAL 1: Student Affairs will build community by promoting opportunities for campus communication, including discussion of ethics and civility, and highlighting events that lead to the development of campus pride and esprit de corps.
GOAL 2: Student Affairs will contribute to the development of a student-centered campus culture by focusing on civic engagement, service, leadership development skills, and global awareness. GOAL 3: Student Affairs will increase its visibility on and off campus through collaborations; augmenting staff development opportunities and by celebrating staff accomplishments, and student personal and academic success.
GOAL 4: Student Affairs will review, enhance and assess support services to students focusing on student satisfaction and retention.
