BOOT CAMP 4 week intense program similar to army style training. High intensity exercise
Involves running, push-ups, sit-ups and
the use of some fitness equipment
You will be motivated and encouraged as
your instructor pushes you outside your comfort zone
The work out comprises of both aerobic and strength elements
The group meets 3 times a week Mon/Wed/Fri at either 6am or 6pm

ECU Kids Holiday Program is a specifically designed program for
children created by Exercise Physiologists at Edith Cowen University.
Targeting children 6 - 12 years of age
Motivate children to become active
Focus on getting children fit whilst trying to curb prevalence of childhood
obesity - a problem that is reaching epidemic levels

Salary Package Are you an employee of ECU? This scheme is available if you have either an on
going employment contract or a fixed term contract, as stated in the university’s
salary packaging policy. Not available for sessional or casual staff.
What is Salary Packaging?
You receive part of your remuneration in the form of benefits rather
than salary
Your benefits are in lieu of you salary therefore reducing your salary
Employees who package are financially better off as this usually
means saving in PAYG tax
Family members are except from this package, however many staff
still pay for their family memberships through salary deduction but
this is deducted after tax
