communication?� The way people from different countries and

cultures act, communicate and perceive the world

around them, how people from different cultural

backgrounds interact.

� It involves understanding different cultures,

languages and customs.

The phenomenon of globalisation helps us to

be more open-minded and reduces the

opportunity for misunderstandings, but

unfortunately it can’t be generalized.
