Employer Login Setup & Password
Reset
• The following information is available by either going to FFGA Marketing Sharepoint site at http://team.afcorp.afg/ffga/sales/SitePages/Home.aspx
• Or by clicking on the Administrative Billing Center portal and then going to the bottom of the home screen and choosing Administrative Billing Center Users Guide
Logging In To Your Secure Portal
• Before logging in to the secure portal for the first time, you will receive an email from [email protected].
• If necessary ask your IT department to accept emails from this address into your In-folder
• This email contains a Password Reset Code that you will need to set up your account online.
Employer Login Setup
• Go to www.ffga.com. There
you will see FFGA’s home page. Click on Log In located at the top of the page.
• Once the login page appears,
select Employer next to account type and begin entering employer’s name. It should automatically populate as you are typing.

• Once you select your employer you will be directed to a Login Page.
• The browser now shows in bottom left hand corner IE v11 11 (important if people have issues)• If person having issues we need a
screen shot of this page
• First Time Employer needs to choose Password Help.
For employer registration
• On the Password Help page, select “I have a password reset code” and hit “Continue”
• Your Username will be your Work email.
• Enter in the Reset Code from the email you received, into the Reset Code field and hit “Continue”.
• You will then be directed to set up your password using the rules listed. Once you have chosen your password, hit “Continue” to access the secure Administrative Billing Center.
• For Security Purposes we can not tell them the format or what email they used

• Remember the password chosen.
• If forgotten, use Password Help on login page to reset password.
• New password reset code must be requested first
