Description

The ER3000 Electronic Pressure Controller, combined with a wide range of pressure regulators and an external transducer, provides true distributed control of liquids or gases from vacuum to 20,000 PSIG. As a stand alone unit, the ER3000 can control the pressure of dry, clean inert gases from 0 to 100 PSIG. It will give your system closed loop feedback control with exceptional accuracy and response time.

AllER3000Controllersrequire24VDCwithaminimumof250mAmps,upto120PSIGshopairsupplyandasetpointsignal.TheER3000isshippedconfiguredtoacceptananalogsetpoint,either1-5voltsor4-20mAmps(0-10VDCforER3000XV).ThiscanbechangedtoacceptadigitalsetpointfromacomputerovertheRS485networkusingtheprovidedsoftware.Thissoftwarealsoallowstheusertotuneandmonitorthesystemandacquiredata.IftheER3000isusedinExternalorCascademode,ananalog1-5voltor4-20mAmp(0-10VDCforER3000XV)feedbacksignalisalsorequired.

SincePIDparametersneedtochangebetweenstatic(dead-ended)anddynamic(flowing)pressurestates,theER3000hastheflexibilitytobetunedfordifferentsystemconditions.TheProportional,IntegralandDerivative(PID)variablesareadjustableto:

The ER3000 Electronic Pressure Controller, combined with a wide range of pressure regulators and an external transducer, provides true distributed control of liquids or gases from vacuum to 20,000 PSIG.
