EXPERTS EMERGE, BUT FORMALLY ASSIGNED EXPERTS ARE HELPFUL Especially for the sites with high employee turnover rates or relatively new sites But, experts are not one-fits-all solution either NETWORKING REQUIRES SPACE AND TIME Organizations shall provide meeting rooms, office layout, and facilitate CoPs Networking shall not be perceived as a negative disturbance Formal experts, informal experts and teams shall plan time for networking
