Executive Summary: Performance Management • The Team discussed feedback and reactions to the February 28 & 29 Campus HR

Design Forums and on-line chats. Additional time was spent on team reaction to project feedback received in the workplace and campus units.

• Connections and interactions have started with other interdependent HR teams (Compensation, Competencies, and Benefits).

• The Team began work on developing a project timeline (by theme/topic) for Performance Management:

o Further defining PM o Expectations o Employee/Supervisor Relationship o Successful Employees o Compensation o Training o Professional Development o Discipline o Performance Management tools o Communication, Best Practices, and miscellaneous topics will be

interwoven in the above topics.

• The team reviewed a number of articles (including both positive and negative perspectives) regarding Performance Management and engaged in an exercise to share contents, viewpoints, and project connections.

• Time was spent discussing upcoming campus forums and what types of questions the PM Team would like to seek campus feedback on during round-table discussions.
