a qualified NLP Life Coach and
Psychologist. He is also an all-
rounded adventurer – high
altitude technical mountaineer,
mountain biker, kayaker,

push beyond your boundaries. Develop self-confidence, self-efficacy and the aptitude for overcoming challenges both in your personal life and in the
workplace.
The programme is conducted at
adventure sites with high elements requiring facilitation by qualified
instructors. Safety is our number one priority.

Motivation and team work is imbued in participants during the 1 to 3 days team
building program and delivers sustainable impact back in the workplace setting.
Experienced coaches facilitate these team building program using the latest coaching
technologies, and guide participants in their experiential learning journey.
Coaches observe for behaviors both spoken and unspoken, and thoroughly debrief participants after each activity.
Portable props and equipment are used to
conduct the team building activities and can be conducted both indoors and
outdoors - delivered globally.

In today’s world, leaders are expected to serve both internal and external customers, and lead by example.
Our Servant Leadership Program aims to develop the Heart, Head and Hands of our next generation of leaders.
We organize both overseas and local community service projects as
part of our module in the servant leadership program. Through action-based learning, participants train their servant leadership skills while delivering
assistance to the less privileged. Past programs have seen participants
building wells, schools, and improving the livelihood of local villagers in developing and third world communities.
The Ascents Program is the ultimate adventure learning experience. Participants
will be engaged in overseas expeditions that will develop team work, communication, leadership, strategic planning, risk and conflict management as well as building
resilience and a strong mind. These are the same set of skills needed to survive and
succeed in the corporate environment.
These programs are delivered by our experienced outdoor adventure leaders.
All our programs have the option for the inclusion of leadership profiling tools.
