(3)CheckwhethertheoperationofPVCoraluminiumfoilissubjecttoabnormalresistance
(4)Checkwhethertheheatsealingmouldisacceptable,whetherthesurfaceissmooth,andwhethertheblisterscanbeinsertedintothecavityofheatsealingmouldsmoothly
(5)Checkwhetherthegridinheatingplateisdistinctandconsistentindepth
(6)Checkwhetherthecoolingsystemofheatsealingmouldworksnormallyandefficiently
(7)Checkwhetherthepressurerequiredbyheatsealingisnormal
(8)Checkwhethertheupperandlowerheatsealingmouldsareparallel.
3.SomeadvancedBlisterPackagingMachinesareequippedwithvariousautomaticmonitoringdevices,whichcanprotectthemachineandautomaticalarmorstopthemachinewhendetectingfollowingproblems:
