This report examined three neighborhoods in the Twin Cities which are being considered for a new resident, Ben, to move to after graduation:

University of Minnesota – Duluth Problem: Ben will be moving to
the Twin Cities after graduation and needs to know which neighborhood he should live in.
Solution: Assist Ben in finding a neighborhood that fits his needs:
An apartment to rent that will suit his lifestyle as a young professional.
A neighborhood conveniently located to his job. Cost of living expenses that fit within his budget.

old. Mean travel time to work: 21.2 minutes. “The vibes you get from uptown inspire creativity
and individuality. ..There is everything, from outdoors at the lakes, to amazing restaurants. The rent is reasonable, I feel safe, and I feel a part of something.” - Eric

After gathering demographic, statistical, and first-hand experience information from interviews and online sources, I am able to confidently recommend that Ben would be best fit to live in the Uptown neighborhood.
This neighborhood has the character, right cost of living, abundance of amenities (both nightlife and outdoor recreation), as well as being a prime location for young professionals.
