BEACH & POOLB E AC H C A B A N A SSet amid lush foliage and just steps away from the clear turquoise waters of Pinney’s Beach sit four 200-sq.-ft. Luxury Beach Cabanas. Featuring sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, these freestanding beach cabanas are ideal for couples or families of up to five. The gingerbread-trimmed structures resemble Nevisian dwellings and feature an indoor living room with a sofa, a dining nook and an open-air sun deck with multiple lounge chairs. The cabanas also come equipped with a flat-screen TV, iHome station and a mini library, including

board games, books, magazines and toys for kids. Enjoy complimentary non-alcoholic beverages from the minibar and a specially designed menu that highlights local and international market specialties. Each cabana is available for daily rentals from 8:00am to 6:00pm and offers an array of refreshing amenities. There are only four Beach Cabanas available to rent, so book early!

T E N N I S R E S E R VAT I O N SRequests for tennis lessons, courts and clinics can be made as soon as your guest room reservations are confirmed. To ensure that each guest is able to use the tennis facilities, each guest room is allotted one hour of tennis per day. If there are additional times left, an attempt will be made to offer more court time. All lessons and court times are one hour in length and are only booked on the hour. Adults will be given priority over juniors for the use of the clay courts. Guests are asked to complete a form to indicate four court-time preferences, type of lesson and type of court. We will make every attempt to ensure all guests are allocated as many requested times as possible.

N E V I S J U N I O R T E N N I S C H A R I T Y C A R D I O T E N N I S E V E N TFun and fitness enjoyment will be had by all at the 8th Annual Festive Tennis Event. This year will feature a one hour Tennis Cardio Clinic and will be open for all ages, featuring a Kids’ Cardio Tennis Clinic on separate courts from the adults. Prizes will be awarded for the most active players, with all proceeds from the event going to support the Nevis Junior Tennis Program. USD 50 per person

C L I N I C SAdult and Junior Clinics can be used to supplement lessons or court times and will be offered daily from 9:00am to 11:00am. Private and semi-private tennis lessons are also available on a daily basis from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Dining Reservation GuidelinesPrior dinner reservations are highly recommended and can be made through the Festive Desk or via email. Please email your preferred reservation times, total number of guests in your party, contact information including guest names, phone number and email address, and any special requests to our Festive Coordinator, Joan Lescott, at [email protected].

For dining reservations, inclusion of alternative venues and times is recommended. Reservations can only be made for the guests registered to your room(s) or villa. All restaurants have a maximum table size of 10 guests, based on availability. Larger parties may need to be split up among several tables and, on occasion, our chef may suggest a pre-set menu.

Beach & Pool Seating GuidelinesSun loungers are reserved based on guest arrival date and family size. Guests can select their chairs among unreserved loungers as soon as they arrive, which can be reserved for the rest of their stay. If your preferred choice is not immediately available, please let one of our attendants know and we will notify you for relocation if and when it becomes available. Duplicate seating at both the beach and pool will not be permitted. Every two seats come with one umbrella.

Spa GuidelinesDue to the high demand for Spa treatments, only one 50-minute treatment per guest room will be confirmed after 3:00pm. 80-minute treatments will be available only between 8:00am and 1:30pm. The Spa pools, whirlpool and jacuzzi are reserved for guests 16 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult. Massages, facials or body treatments or use of the steam room requires a minimum age of 12 years old. Guests between 12 and 17 years of age must have a parent or guardian present during the treatment or sign an authorization waiver.

Dining Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that guests with dinner reservations arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their reserved time. Reservations will be released 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation, and seating will then be on a first come, first served basis. Any cancellations are required by 2:00pm on the day of your reservation or a USD 25 per person charge will apply. Duplicate reservations across multiple restaurants will not be accepted.

Spa Cancellation Policy Cancellations or appointment modifications are required at least 12 hours in advance of the originally scheduled date and time. A 50% penalty will apply to appointments changed or cancelled with less than 12 hours notice. No-shows will be billed at the full treatment rate.

Golf & Tennis Cancellation Policy No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of a reserved clinic, lesson, tee or court time will be fully charged unless the time slot is filled.

KFAS & Babysitting Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least four hours prior to the confirmed time. Any cancellations between one and four hours prior to the start time will incur a 50% penalty. The full charge will apply to any no-shows or cancellations made within one hour of the start time.

Watersports Cancellation PolicyWe kindly request guests renting watersports equipment to be present at the Watersports Desk at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time. Any cancellations made less than two hours prior to the start time will incur a 50% penalty. The full charge will apply to any no-shows.
