The history of the Skondras Fashion
Accessories Company started 30 years ago,
from the historic center of Athens where the
first store combined elegantly the wholesale
and retail sale, featuring exclusively Silk
scarves.
Over time, foreseeing the market development
and recognizing its future needs, the company
gradually began to operate in the field of
fashion accessories, creating the brand “Fullah
Sugah”.
Very quickly Fullah Sugah differentiated its
products gaining this way a competitive
advantage.

We operate a special support system for our
partners.
Recognizing that our partners – franchisees
may need help during the startup phase of their
new Fullah Sugah, we ensure that they will feel
confident and secure at each step of this
journey.
We provide the necessary know-how, the
procedures and detailed manuals to guide you.
Our highly experienced support personnel will
give our franchisees a helping hand whenever
they may need it.
Our support system is further divided into 4
levels:
Business Planning
Together we develop the franchise business plan,
according to the needs of the territory as well as
other factors such as competition, price
positioning, etc. This business plan covers,
among other things, the estimated set-up costs,
product cost, estimated capital requirements,
gross and net margins as well as P&L, return on
investment (ROI), Break Even Point Analysis, etc.
We try to analyse all business factors in order to
ensure viability and profitability.
Initial training procedures
We use the system of TtT (3T), which means
''Train the Trainer'‘.
Fullah Sugah passes over to the franchisee
the initial know-how that he will have to
transfer to all employees.
Initial training takes place in Athens and
covers all aspects of business, sales,
marketing, logistics as well as the intro into
the philosophy and the lifestyle of Fullah
Sugah.
Ongoing procedures & Operation Systems
Fullah Sugah provides its franchisees
with the necessary procedures and
systems in order to efficiently run your new
shop operations.
Apart from detailed manuals, Fulluah Sugah
has set up detailed systems and procedures for the
day to day operations, the merchandising system, the sales and the
client handling procedures.
All departments are dedicated to supporting the special needs of
our partners either remotely or on-site like the team of (visual)
merchandisers that visit each Fullah Sugah store on a regular basis
to ensure right placement of products and common identity.
Total Franchise support
Rounding up all the services we provide to our franchisees,
