Gleaning is the art of collecting leftover crops from farmers’ fields after they have been
harvested. We can also glean crops that we missed out on or have extra from our own
personal gardens. The Weber State Sustainability Clubs are looking to get the community
involved in gleaning. Donate your extra fruit & veggies to the places below, or contact us to
