We will use Powerpoint because it is simple to learn and powerful (you can include videos, sound clips, links to your work stored in your folder)

Your ePortfolio can be structured in many ways, eg:1.By subject2.By the projects you do3.By themes4.By timeWe will use by subject because this is the easiest to start with and it keeps your work neat and tidy!

This is structured by subject ie you have sections for each subject and you choose items to show what you do well in each subject.

• Write a list of examples of your best work
• Tick those that are already in digital format
ie you have files on the school network or on disk
• Put a cross next to those you need to take photos of
• Put a diamond next to those you need to scan into the computer

• Collect your objects and put them in a folder or a box
• Create a folder named ePortfolio_yourinitials
eg ePortfolio_ct
• Take the photos with a digital camera
• Upload the photos to the folder
• Scan the objects that need scanning and save the files in the folder

• Open the ePortfolios folder on the school network
• Copy the file named ePortfolio_template to your folder
• Use the template to create your ePortfolio.

• Your own page – tell us a little about yourself
• Include a photo of you or something that represents you and what you are or would like to be
• A table of contents or links to the sections of your portfolio appears on the first page
