Government vide reference cited, have sanctioned an amount of Rs. 170,06,00,000/-
(Rupees one hundred and seventy crores and six lakhs only) towards Incentives for Industrial
Promotion under the General scheme plan from the BE provision of 2015-16 by way of
obtaining supplementary grants during the Financial Year 2015-16. The amount is sanctioned
under the following head of account:
2851 – Village & Small Industries, 00 – MH, 800 Other Expenditure, 11 Normal State Plan, SH
(08) – Incentives for Industrial Promotion, 310 Grants in aid, 312 Other Grants in aid and
2852 – Industries, 80 – General MH, 800 Other Expenditure, 11 Normal State Plan, SH (04) –
Incentives for Industrial Promotion, 310 Grants in aid, 312 Other Grants in aid
The process of drawing and depositing the said amount of Rs. 170,06,00,000/- into the
PD account of Commissioner of Industries is underway.
In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government, sanction is hereby accorded to
release an amount of Rs. 12,93,37,310/- (Rupees twelve crores ninety three lakhs thirty seven
thousands three hundred and ten only) towards Investment Subsidy to 81 units, from the funds
available with the Commissioner of Industries as mentioned at Para – 1 above and also the
balance funds available in the PD account of COI, for payment of Incentives to the units as
shown in the Annexure-I with this order which were sanctioned by the State Level Committee.
The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Commissionerate of Industries, Hyderabad is
requested to disburse the amount from out of the funds available in the PD Account of the
Commissioner of Industries to PD account of SBH, Hyderabad for release of subsidy to
individual units.
In respect of closed down units / Sick units and with change of Management /
Constitution the disbursement shall be effected strictly in accordance with the procedures
indicated at Para 21 of guidelines of IIPP 2010-2015 scheme and also amendment issued vide
G.O Ms. No. 162 Industries & Commerce (IP) Department dated 04.12.2013.
The General Managers shall follow the guidelines under IIPP and as per circular memo
issued vide No: 10/3/12/5479/5479 dt. 27.7.2012 while recommending for release of funds. The
required documents i.e., agreement bond, assignment letter, advanced stamped receipt and
account statement of the account into which the money is to be transferred along with
information in the prescribed format may be furnished along with the recommendation for
release of subsidy for each sanctioned case listed as per Annexure I.

release an amount of Rs. 157,74,42,949/- (Rupees one hundred and fifty seven crores seventy four
lakhs forty two thousands nine hundred and forty nine only) towards Reimbursement of Sales
Tax to 375 units, from the funds available with the Commissioner of Industries as mentioned at
Para – 1 above and also the balance funds available in the PD account of COI, for payment of
Incentives to the units as shown in the Annexure-II with this order which were sanctioned by the
State Level Committee.

requested to disburse the amount from out of the funds available in the PD Account of the
Commissioner of Industries to PD account of SBH, Hyderabad for release of subsidy to
individual units.

shown in the Annexure-III with this order which were sanctioned by the State Level Committee.

The process of drawing and depositing the said amount of Rs. 170,06,00,000/- into the
PD account of Commissioner of Industries is underway.
In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government, sanction is hereby accorded to
release an amount of Rs. 8,16,92,463/- (Rupees eight crores sixteen lakhs ninety two thousands
four hundred and sixty three only) towards incentives for industrial promotion to 9 units, from
the funds available with the Commissioner of Industries as mentioned at Para – 1 above and also
the balance funds available in the PD account of COI, for payment of Incentives to the units as
shown in the Annexure-VII with this order which were sanctioned by the various District Level
Committees.
The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Commissionerate of Industries, Hyderabad is
requested to disburse the amount from out of the funds available in the PD Account of the
Commissioner of Industries to PD account of SBH, Hyderabad for release of subsidy to
individual units.
In respect of closed down units / Sick units and with change of Management /
Constitution the disbursement shall be effected strictly in accordance with the procedures
indicated at Para 21 of guidelines of IIPP 2010-2015 scheme and also amendment issued vide
G.O Ms. No. 162 Industries & Commerce (IP) Department dated 04.12.2013.
The General Managers shall follow the guidelines under IIPP and as per circular memo
issued vide No: 10/3/12/5479/5479 dt. 27.7.2012 while recommending for release of funds. The
required documents i.e., agreement bond, assignment letter, advanced stamped receipt and
account statement of the account into which the money is to be transferred along with
information in the prescribed format may be furnished along with the recommendation for
release of subsidy for each sanctioned case listed as per Annexure VII.

(Rupees seventy six crores twenty six lakhs sixty two thousands only) towards Pavala Vaddi
under the General scheme plan from the BE provision of 2015-16 by way of obtaining
supplementary grants during the Financial Year 2015-16. The amount is sanctioned under the
following head of account:
