A comet is a celestial body that orbit the Sun.

INGREDIENTS: PIECES OF ICE, DUST , GASSES.

When it gets close to the Sun the ice evaporated creating the tail.

The Halley comet has these name because of the person that discovered it, it was Edmound Halley.

He demostrated that the comet had already appeared in: -1456. -1531. -1667.

Halley predicted it will reaturn again in 1758 or in 1759.

Edmound Halley was born in London on 1656. He was the fisrt man that knew the comet Halley. In 1682 he observed the comet that had his name. He was therefore, the first one that predicted its return

to perhielion periodics. He was also a proffesor at the Oxford University.

Thanks to the Edmoud Halley´s methot we actually know that the Halley comet it will apeared in 2062 so we will have 63 years old!!!
