KEY EXPERIENCE:
Over ten years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry since 2003. Working in many positions in seismic exploration,
processing, reservoir services, acquisition, Quality control and oil field services companies that have been working for all the
Major Oil and Gas Exploration Company in Egypt, Middle East, North Africa, Gulf states and also Far East.
Started the carrier as an IT Engineer end up with an IT manger in very short period of time on the one of the Major Player of
Seismic Data processing and reservoir services witness on the startup of Geotrace Technologies LTD - Egypt Branch as it was a
major hop for Middle East, North Africa and Gulf states. Witnessed the Start up from installing all instruments to the
development of Main frame computer systems, and operated all of it throughout its various stages. The rock solid back
ground during the Main frame systems era consolidated the unrivalled experience in trouble shooting and developed the
expert eye in spotting minor glitches and huge failures. Remedial work plans of such problems has strengthened the
backbone of the career and further reinforced the decision taking capabilities.
Switching the Career form IT Engineering to Management career by Joining UCOS® Oil Exploration Service at the company

UCOS Oil Exploration Services utilizes Seismic data acquisition and seismic data processing experiences of the company
founders to the utmost, the quality control department was founded & further reinforced with a pool of local & expatriate
highly experienced professionals with engineering, geological, geophysical & computing skills, who possess a global
knowledge of data collection techniques & have a history of successful projects world-wide. I can say that I am really proud
participating as a team leader for creating SQCRS (Seismic Quality Control Reporting System) Software for the Quality control
department followed by creating a new Management system for the Company Ending up with Holding A Managing Director of
UCOS® Oil Exploration Services.
During working with the quality control department I witnessed the planning, acquisition, and implementation of 2D and 3D
seismic data acquisition programs using Vibroseis, Explosives, and Air gun sources, with special emphasis on Transitional
zones. Being A Managing Director for Company that supplying oil Field services witnessed on the working in Urban,
agricultural, desert, mountain and shallow marine environments, including but not limited to environmentally fragile and
sensitive regions which required close liaison with Government and local authorities, as well as owners. Direct involving with
the Majority of Oil Exploration companies Starting from receiving the Tenders document, preparation, submitting and
managing the jobs in case of awarding.

Diagnosing hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.

Responsibilities as IT Manager included –but not limited to – the
following:
Performing and providing technical direction for the development, engineering,
interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems to
include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting
systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface
standards, developing system architectures, and performing technical/non-
technical assessment and management as well as end-to-end flow analysis;
Developing documentation required to support a program's technical issues and
training situation
Maintaining and administer computer networks and related computing
environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications
software, and all configurations.
Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect
data, software, and hardware.
HSE Manager:
Responsible for the design, implementation, communication and coordination of all
environmental, health, and safety programs for the company. This position will
develop and provide technical and administrative direction on all HSE decisions, which
bear critical importance to overall company objectives, operations, and profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Directs the resources and activities of the Company to support the HSE programs by
providing advice and guidance to the Management;
Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and
preparedness across the Company to create a culture that prioritizes
effective HSE;
Review existing HSE policies and practices of the Company to ensure they
are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and
change existing, or develop new recommendations from these assessments;
Serve as the Company expert within the field of HSE when called upon to
address regulatory agency compliance issues, third party safety & liability
consultants and subcontractor representatives;

Provide regular written reports, as well as other production-related results
and updates to Management;
Assist the Operations Managers by suggesting safe work practices as part
of training;
Conduct comprehensive on-site safety assessments as part of constant
monitoring process;
Document all safety violations or unsafe conditions/activities; ensures
corrective measures are immediately implemented; follows through to
insure corrections have been made;
Assist in investigation of all incidents (GL/WC/Recordable Incidents, Near
Miss and First Aid) and ensure proper records are completed and submitted.
Assist in implementation of corrective actions as it relates to the incident
and ensure "lessons learned" are communicated throughout the Company
and are incorporated in policy/procedure, if necessary;
Develop a site specific Emergency Management Plan and communicate this
plan through orientation to all personnel;
Devise, supervise, and coordinate training programs or media which will
increase proficiency in safe practices and promote HSE consciousness;
Actively participate in the scheduling of safety meetings across Company
locations to review HSE performance and policies;
Oversee Company's HSE incentive programs and periodically reviews them
to ensure they are accomplishing the desired results. Make necessary
changes to the program to maximize effect;
Utilize all efforts to maintain company's "Satisfactory" rating with the
United States Department of Safety; monitor and maintain company's top-
level CSA score;
Centralize, standardize and maintain driver qualification logs;
Oversee the organization and auditing of driver logs; provide timely
reporting to management;
Ensure company DVIR's are completed accurately and inspection records are
managed properly;
Stay abreast of current and emerging technical and professional aspects of
this position;
Create company culture which holds safety as a top priority at all levels.

Drug & Alcohol Testing Responsibilities:
New Hire, random, probable cause, post-accident and pre-access Drug &
Alcohol testing;
Maintenance of pool and reporting;
Setup of collection sites for D&A testing;
Record-keeping and reporting
Training, Certifications and Record Keeping:
New hire safety training orientations;
Ensure all personnel have the necessary training for the project;
Maintaining and tracking safety files, medical files, training files,
certifications, and licenses;
Customer and Regulatory Audits;
Organize and Maintain documents in hard copy/electronic format;
Setup and Maintain an Incident/Accident Database;
Education and ongoing skills training shall be provided in order to ensure
that employees are competent at their work.
Management Responsibilities:
This position manages subordinates and is responsible for the overall
direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees.
In this position, you will be required to carry out supervisory
responsibilities in accordance with Company's Policies & Procedures and
any applicable state and federal laws;
