This company did an excellent job assisting the homeowner with the documentation required to complete their claim with the Zonolite Attic Insulation
Trust. The successful claim allowed the homeowner to recoup a signifi cant portion of their cost. - Edward Cottingham, ZAI Trustee
THE SOLUTION
It is estimated that millions of homes have been insulated with Vermiculite/Zonolite insulation contaminated with asbestos. Many people have asbestos in their homes and don’t even know it.
the challenge
How do you remove this loose fi ll insulation without exposing anyone that lives there, and how can you do this for a price a home owner can afford.
RESIDENTIAL ASBESTOS REMOVAL
THE PROJECT
Removal of asbestos from four large manufacturing facilities in the Mahoning Valley. Removal of asbestos containing drywall, plaster, fl oor tile & mastic, vapor barrier, pipe, and boiler insulation.

When working in manufacturing facilities over
80 years old you have multiple renovation
dates which means multiple layers of building
materials. In one offi ce there were fi ve layers of
fl ooring to remove in order to abate the asbestos
containing layer. These challenges are overcome
by assembling the best team and implementing
the best plan of action. We joke in the offi ce about
“plan C” but in reality that is what it takes. We
have to have back up plans for back up plans.
ASBESTOS ABATEMENT: FOUR LARGE INDUSTRIAL SITES
THE SOLUTION
THE PROJECT
We met the aggressive schedule on
this project by starting with a great plan,
tremendous communication, and a team that
worked together every day to achieve these
results. Sure we battled Ohio weather for three
years but we still maintained our compliance,
our safety, and our budget.
THE SOLUTION
The Federal Government wanted to rennovate a public housing development.
the challenge
A large general contractor needed an asbestos abatement company to remove all of the asbestos containing walls and ceilings from 16 multi-unit apartment buildings while coordinating with multiple trades on a demanding schedule.
