What is Gala? Gala is the most fun CLS adult event of the
year. It is a chance to reconnect with CLS friends and fami-
lies or to make new friends! It is also the biggest fundrais-
er of the year for our school. There will be entertainment,
great food and drinks, and auctions including amazing
artwork from Mrs. Behm and the students.

It’s Reading for Timber Rattlers game tickets!! The Timber Rattler Reading Club has started & runs until March 6, information was sent home already. Our game night for all who earned tickets is May 22. If you have any question, please contact Amy Kolosso

Caleb & Max Lietzan-Buechel from Mrs. Reinders class have landed parts in “Shrek The Musical” Based on the 2001 Dream-Works Animation film, Shrek The Musical follows everyone’s favorite green ogre as he embarks on a life-changing journey, discov-ering his place in the world along the way.

Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held the afternoon of February 13th.
To allow for these discussions, school will be dismissed on the 13th at 11:30am. With conferences starting at 11:45am No aftercare is offered.
Sign up sheets are posted on the portable bulletin board in the lobby area.
Please let your child’s teacher know if you need to make alternate arrangements.
CLS will close when severe weather strikes! In most cases, CLS will be closed if the Appleton Public Schools close for bad weather. However, we may be closed on days when the Appleton Public Schools chose to be open.
To stay informed, you can check on Facebook (www.facebook.com/celebrationlutheranschool), or watch the news on Channel 2 (WBAY), Channel 5 (WFRV), Channel 11 (WLUK) & Channel 26 (NBC 26) TV for announcements. School closing an-nouncements occur typically between 6:30 and 8:00am and through-out the day when worsening condi-tions are expected.
Note: on days when school is closed due to weather, before and after school care is not available. If school is delayed due to bad weather, there is no before school care.

Our chapel offering for January and February 2020 will go to WisconSibs. This is an organization that provides support to the siblings of individuals with special needs. They offer workshops, summer programs, coaching and consultation ser-vices. This organization is located in downtown Apple-ton, but serves the entire state of Wisconsin. You can
