How to register with ID Self Service

Step 1

Locate the Internet Explorer link.

Double-click Internet Explorer link.


Step 3

Click in the field in the Internet Explorer.

Enter "https://idselfservice.capitaland.

com".


Step 5

Press [Enter].

Click the Domain: list.


Step 7

Click on the Domain: that you belongs

to.

Click in the User name: field.

Enter the desired information into

the User name: field. Enter the domain

user id.

Click in the Enter the characters you

see on the picture: field.

Note: The purpose of entering these characters is to ensure that the response is manually keyed in by a user. This will prevent computers controlled by hackers from automatically attempting to compromise user’s account/password.

Note: This question is meant for Helpdesk to authenticate your identity in case you forget all the answers to the four questions that you have entered earlier. Helpdesk will ask any two characters of the Authentication Answer. e.g. You enter the Authentication Answer as “superman”, helpdesk will ask what is the 1st and 3rd

characters of the answer. You will only need to provide helpdesk “s” and “p” and not the entire answer.Helpdesk will be able to assist you further to unlock or assign a new pass code for your re-registration so that you can again reset your password.
