How-toRequestanIndividualChildRecordThisresource,designedforColoradoadministrators,explainshowtorequestanindividualchildreport/recordfromtheResultsMatterlicenseandhowtoapproveorrejectarequest.Forrecords,welookatbirthday,gender,andnametoensureaperfectmatch.Youmaybenotifiedwithpotentialmatches;therefore,becarefulinselectingthecorrectmatch.

How-toCreateaNewRequestasanAdministrator

1. Visitteachingstrategies.comandlogintoMyTeachingStrategies™asanadministrator.

2. SelectthePROFILEICONtoexpandtheprofilemenu,andselectADMINISTRATION.



3. Fromthesub-navigation,selectCHILDREN.

4. SelectMANAGECHILDRECORDSREQUEST,ontheleft-handsideofthescreen.(Please

note:Youmusthavechildreninthesystembeforeyoucanmanagechildrecords.)

5. ChooseCREATECHILDRECORDSREQUEST.Thiswillbringupapopupwhereyoucan

selectIAGREE.



6. Next,selectPROGRAM,SITE,TEACHER,CLASSROOM,andoneormoreCHILDREN.SelectSUBMIT.

7. ChoosetherequestedprogramfromtheREQUESTCHILDRECORDSFROMcolumn,and

selectSENDSELECTREQUESTS.



How-toApproveaNewRequestasanAdministratorAsanadministratorreceivingrequests,youwillsee:

• adailyemailabouttherequest(s);youwillreceiveoneemailadaywithalloftherequests.

• allrequestsuponlogginginandselectingMANAGECHILDRECORDSREQUESTintheChildrenoptioninAdministration.Hereyoucanapproveordeclinetherequests.

1. Visitteachingstrategies.comandlogintoMyTeachingStrategies™asanadministrator.

2. SelectthePROFILEICONtoexpandtheprofilemenu,andselectADMINISTRATION.

3. Fromthesub-navigation,selectCHILDREN.



4. SelectMANAGECHILDRECORDSrequest,ontheleft-handsideofthescreen.(Please

note:Youmusthavechildreninthesystembeforeyoucanmanagechildrecords.)

5. Hereyouwillseealistofincomingrequests.Selectapotentialmatchforeachincomingrequest,andselectAPPROVE.Ifyoudonotwanttoapprovearequest,selectREJECT.



How-toViewChildRecordsasaTeacherTeacherswillsee:

• Thechildrecordswhichhavetransferredovertotheirclassroom.• Approvedindividualchildrecords.

1. Visitteachingstrategies.comandlogintoMyTeachingStrategies™asateacher.

2. SelectthePROFILEICONtoexpandtheprofilemenu,andselectMANAGE“CLASS

NAME.”

3. SelectVIEWintheTransferredChildRecordcolumnforachildinyourclass.

4. AnINDIVIDUALCHILDREPORTforthatchildrecordwillopeninaseparatetab.
