This training is presented as a collaboration of Dr Lorri Yasenik (Calgary Alberta)
and Jon Graham (Sydney Australia). The training is offered when Lorri and Jon are
in the same location in Australia or North America. In 2014 Dr Lorri Yasenik and
Jon Graham began working together on models for the family law sector that in-
creased the place of the child voice in all processes.
This first level training introduces practitioners to a model of FDR where the child
voice is central in ALL cases. The model introduces four levels of parent feedback
according to two scales the Parent Readiness Scale (which assesses each parent’s
readiness to hear the voice of their child), and the Child and Youth Readiness Scale.
In addition the training will introduce the Child and Youth Concerns Scale, which
assists practitioners to collate the concerns of children under headings understanda-
ble to parents.

Supervision is a process of reflection. It is designed to allow for re-

provement would be the outcome.
Supervision contracts are created for regular meetings, either face to
face or online. Supervision goals are set by individuals to focus on
particular areas of practice improvement..
Supervision is a powerful tool in the development of individuals and
