WEEK AT A GLANCE
Dear Students:
This week is Book Week! Be sure to submit your writing entries, answer the question of the day and vote for your favoritebook. Remember to have a book on hand for Drop Everything and Read which will be from 10:20 10:40 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursdaand Friday and from 12:20 12:40 on Wednesday. If youre looking for a book to read, visit the MSMC to get some ideas and check outthe reading lists. On Friday, Grade 6 will have the opportunity to meet and talk with visiting author Andy Mulligan during 1st block inthe LT; Grade 7 will meet with him during 2nd block.
Dont miss the PTA Family Fun Day this Saturday, February 5. Come and enjoy the fun on the ES Field from 2 P.M onward. Tickets areavailable now.
Please be reminded of the concerns raised during our Wednesday MS Assembly:
MS students are expected to eat lunch in the MS/HS cafeteria; the ES Canteen is off limits.
Students are expected to throw trash in recycling bins not leave it in hallways or on tables around our school. The school looksmuch better with a clean canteen and clean hallways. Wouldnt you agree? So lets make it happen!
Students are required to follow the ISM Uniform Policy, especially regarding undershirt color, length of shorts and PE shorts.
Carry only the books and materials you need for class. Back packs are to be placed in lockers.
Ms. Fredericks and Ms. Sayson
