Crisis Simulation Crisis Simulation is based on the research of Prof. V. Padmanabhan, John H. Loudon Professor of International Management, INSEAD and Prof. Pushan Dutt, Associate Professor of Economics and Political Science at INSEAD. The goal of the simulation is to develop a fundamental understanding of an economic crisis, how a crisis affects the spending decisions of consumers and the impact of these decisions on firms' sales, profit margins and market share.

College Fest Simulation College Fest Simulation places the participant in the shoes of a stu­dent Leader tasked with the job of running a college festival. The participant has to put together a team and make decisions on event planning, sponsorship and marketing. The simulation assesses the participants on Learnability, people management, communication, Leadership maturity, financial management, analytical reasoning and professionalism.
