recovery and the consequentreproduction of old Verdicchioclones through a long massalselection process.

Furthermore they rediscovered atypical ancient grape of theterritory.

Nine hectares of vineyards entirelyin the town of Staffolo, historicallyone of the most known andsuitable for the production ofVerdicchio dei Castelli di JesiClassico, which gives a hint ofminerals, tasty very pronounced,due to the particular brackishnature of its land, most likely dueto the presence of salt in the past.

This winery produces great whitewines and good red.

GRAPE: VerdicchioNOSE: intense and elegant with minerality that enhances flavor. You can feel the typical characteristic of Verdicchio. Intense florals notes, yellow andwhite flowers.TASTE: The wine opens softly, and then pleasant freshness acidity. Long aftertaste, with hints of minerals and flowers, finishing with a slightly bitter note. PAIRING: an aperitif with starters,fish-based dishes, first courses, white meat, fresh cheese. Chicken and sushi.

“IL POJO”GRAPE: VerdicchioNOSE: floral notes: acacia, almond and others varieties. These sensations are joined by a slightly spicy, pleasing aroma that adds even more to its complexity and balance. TASTE: opens softly, showing an acidic component that fills the mouth and is balanced by a certain roundness. Sapidity. Long, persistent spicy and floral notes linger through the aftertaste.PAIRING: fish, white meat, fresh cheese, noodles.

Massal selection, with diverse biotypes and clones, each offering its unique contribution to the quality and diversity of the wine.NOSE: in the glass it expresses aromas of white flowers, acacia,and hawthorn, fruits, green apples, and light spicy notes andslight licorice.TASTE: balanced with a good light acidity, its flavors remind the bouquet, with a pleasing persistent, and savory finish. ROSSO PICENO DOC“FILELLU”

GRAPE: Bruni cross 54. Obtained in 1936 by Bruno Bruni at a ministry of agricolture in the Marche region by crossing Sauvignon e Verdicchio.NOSE: an aromatic wine. Citrus notes, grapefruit, and orange peel. Orange blossom and minerality sensation. TASTE: large at the palate. Soft and plesant slight acidity. Long and savory notes at the end. PAIRING: Appetizers, fish dishes, noodles, white meat. Vegetables andpizza.

GRAPE: Montepulciano and Sangiovese. NOSE: Light truffle and a triumph of red fruits and spices.TASTE: The wine opens softly with light tannins, and presents a good level of acidity. Persistent spices and notes of red fruit. PAIRING: With rich red meat, game, aged cheese.
