I siger i vælger at leve med svagheder -> men er der reelt tale om valg
I lever i et sæt af omstændigheder -> men er de reelt komplet upåvirkelige
– Gamle systemer, store systemer, forældet lovgivning, ressourcemangel…… tilføj gerne…
Det er de store, der driver udviklingen -> men alligevel lykkes i med mindre digitaliseringsprojekter, i kan
