- As an Applications Engineer, Jay has developed expertise in novel application of lasers for the purpose of materials processing. Jay has over 20 years of materials joining experience in a variety of industries. Along with lasers he has experience with arc, resistance, and ultrasonic welding.

Applications Engineer – Laser Processing ─ As an Applications Engineer, Brad has acquired extensive experience in high –
power laser materials processing, specifically hybrid-laser arc welding of steel and aluminum.

- As a Project Engineer, Blake has acquired extensive experience in laser materials processing applications with the use of both high- and low-power lasers including Nd:YAG, Yb-fiber and CO2, with a specialty in high-power solid-state lasers.
