General
Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt workshop provides trainees the knowledge and skill in quality and operations supervising integrated with basic Lean Six Sigma tools so the trainees can proactively contribute to the success of continuous improvement program via DMAIC methodology (D- Define, M- Measure, A- Analyze, I- Improve, C- Control).
The program is designed to combine theory and practice. Trainees focus 80% of their time in execution skills on their own projects via practicing the DMAIC toolkit with the hand-on-coaching of 6 Sigma Consulting experts.

2. Practical coaching on the 6 Sigma Yellow Belt tool kit on specific project of each trainee:
