DECODING BINARYThe 8 bits represent:128, 64, 32, 16, 8, 4, 2, 1

So to convert 0 0 0 1 0 1 0 1 we can use the table below:

128 64 32 16 8 4 2 1

0 0 0 1 0 1 0 1

Adding these together gives
