Built in the west residential web of the village, Leste consists of six (6) autonomous residences fully equipped, to
offer accommodation all the year and provide the guests a comfortable stay in a familiar and friendly environ-
ment.
As if you were in your own village, in a cosy, hospitable place, you will feel safe to enjoy your stay, basking by the
atmosphere of tranquility, comfortable elegance and companionship.
We, the owners, have cared for an elegant and beautiful stay, paying particular attention to the details; our basic
criteria are our guests’ comfort and accommodation.
All residencies have been decorated with care and hack value. The equipment is of high technology, the ergo-
nomical furniture and house wear are made of fine quality and design materials. Famous branded bed mat-
tresses, linen and towels are of tiptop quality and style.
Our aim is our guest to experience pleasant family moments, thus to have the memory of our hospitality for
years.
We have decided to create and provide this wonderful scenery, based on the criterion of our traditional love for
essential hospitality; we constantly try to improve our service, which we have been working on for years.

T e r m s o f u s e a n d b o o k i n g
The above mentioned prices include:• Prices are in euros (€) and include all legal taxes.• Prices are per house and night. • Welcome basket with fruits and wine on arrival. • Daily cleaning service, except Sunday. • Change every two days of the bed linen, bathrobes, face, hand and swimming pool towels and slippers. • Hygiene commodities.• Private free parking. • 24hour security service.
Payment conditions:• 30% deposit to confirm reservation. The remaining cost must be paid 3 weeks (21days) before the arrival• If the total amount has not been prepaid on the date set and reservation not cancelled, we preserve the right to keep the deposit and cancel the reservation
Cancellation• All reservations can be cancelled 10 days before the arrival date free of charge, except of the high season when cancellation can be made 21 days before the arrival date free of charge. • In case of cacellation less than 21days before arrival date in high season, cancellation fee 30% of the deposit.• In case of cancellation less than 10days before arrival date in high season, cancellation fee 75% of the deposit.• In case the client/guest does not appear at all (no-show), deposit is non refundable.
General information• All electricity, water, air conditioning, maintenance, 6 days/wk cleaning service is included in the price.• All houses are available all year around
