TTrHEREAS, by an Act of General As- J\\ sembiy of the Commonwealth of Penn-

sylvania, entitled "An Act, directing themode of selling unseated lands for taxes andotner purposes," passed the thirteenth day ofMarch, one thousand eight hundred and fif-teen, the treasurers in the different parts ofthis Commonwealth are directed to commenceon the second Monday in Juno, A. D. 1816,and at the expiration of every two yearsthereafter, and adjourn from day to day, ifnecessary so to do, and make public sale of*hc whole or any parts of such t acts of Un-seated Lands in the proper county, as will

pay the arrearages of the taxes, any part of,which shall have remained duo and unpaidfor the space of one year before, togetherwith all the costs necessarily accruing bvreason of such delinquency: Therefore 1,John' B. Sei.iteimer, Treasurer of the countyof Mifflin, do hereby give notice that uponthe following tracts of land, which are situ- |ate as hereinafter described, the several sums Ias stated are due on each tract respectivelyfor State and County tax, and that, in pursu-ance of the aforesaid act of Assembly, Ishall, :at the Court House, in the Borough of Lew-istown, in the county of Mifflin, on

Monday, 14th day of June next,commence the public sale of the whole or
