Over-The-Counter MedicationsAll over-the-counter medications are to be provided by the parent/guardian. They will be locked up in individuals containers for your child/children with their names

clearly labeled on the container.

Prescription MedicationsAll prescription medications given during school must be brought in by the parent/guardian, in the original container with the child’s name. A medication administration form must be signed by the parent and have the physician documented specific instructions on this form.
