    Description of Alleged Claim:

    On November 2, 2013 a call was received from Saint Clements Elementary Schoolindicating that a sewer back up had occurred in the basement of the school at around 1:00pm. The Water Division responded and after checking several manholes, discovered theblockage to be at a Boston Ave manhole. The DPW has reported that it was the Cityssewer that backed up and caused the backflow of sewerage at the school. A jet truck wasused to clear the blockage and the system was restored. The school paid $5,590.78 toServicemaster for professional services to clean up the sewerage.
